Even when we do our best to plan, things can go wrong or life gets in our way. We understand. And we care. Therefore, when you cancel or change your Whip Lash appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will not charge any fee. In return we know that you understand that we are preparing your personal experience and decline other guests during your reserved slot so that they can dedicate all their attention fully to you. Therefore, all late cancellations with less than 24 hour notice or no-shows at the scheduled time will be charged with 50% of the amount of the scheduled services. We value your time as much as we know that you value our time and preparation for your memorable experience.
